The fig, a plump and juicy fruit, grows abundantly in the south of France from August to October, thriving in the dry, sun-drenched soil. Its unique taste and rounded shape make it naturally indulgent. The wood and leaves of the fig tree are wonderfully fragrant, especially in the heat of summer.
