A true symbol of Provence, fine lavender grows in the dry mountains around Sault, on south-facing slopes over 800 meters high. Exposed to harsh winters and intense summer heat, this resilient plant blooms only once a year. Each stem carries a single, delicate flower. Revered by master perfumers as the “blue gold of the region,” fine lavender reveals a subtle and precious fragrance.
