Immortelle from Ollioules, our inspiration...

It was in the 19th century that horticulture developed in the old Var village of Ollioules, on land shaped by water, its rivers, its fountains... Historically, the cultivation of a small, highly fragrant yellow flower even earned it the name “capital of immortelle.” Also known as “golden sun,” immortelle cultivation is now expanding once again in the Hyères region.
